She is an HR Consulting Professional, ICF Certified Executive, Life and OD Coach, NFNLP Certified Master Trainer, DISC Certified Trimetrix Consultant, Therapeutic Counselor and Trainer

She has over 36 years of experience in varied industries in HR function and had served reputed organisations viz. IBM India, Tektronix and Broadcom, among others. She is on the board of PG Studies of Bharathiyar University and MS University
