P.S. Sekhara Babu is a second-generation entrepreneur and the driving force behind Tandava Krishna Agencies, a business established in 1994. Over the last three decades, he has built the company into a trusted name in the construction materials industry, serving builders, contractors, and developers across the region.

Beyond business, he is passionate about helping entrepreneurs grow through networking, leadership, and business education. During his BNI journey as a member, he played a key role in launching the world's first Women's Chapter and the world's first Millennial Chapter, creating a remarkable milestone in BNI's global history.

Today, as the Executive Director of BNI Guntur, he continues to empower business owners, helping them build meaningful relationships and grow their businesses through the power of referrals and collaboration.

Through Sekhar Speaks, he mentors entrepreneurs and shares practical insights on business growth, leadership, and success.

Supported by his wife, Sharmila Anantha Lakshmi, and proud father of two daughters, Sai Tanmayi and Praneetha, Sekhara Babu believes that true success is not measured by what we achieve alone, but by how many people grow along with us.
